• supply of waste and recycling containers,
• collection and disposal of waste and recycling on your selected frequency
• provision of annual controlled waste transfer note/duty of care note.
Q ) Are their any hidden extras?
A) No. The only other cost is VAT at 20%.
Q) Does Wastecollection.co.uk provide a duty of care/waste transfer note?
A) The duty of care note/waste transfer note is included in the prices quoted. We do not have any additional charges on top of our quoted prices.
Q) I have heard that some waste contracts are very difficult to terminate. Will I be tied into a long term contract?
A) You will not be tied into a long term contract with wastecollection.co.uk. Our standard terms and conditions have a 3-month notice period.
Q) What are the payment terms?
A) Standard charges are monthly in advance. Payment is by direct debit.
Q) What do I do if I have any problems after the waste collection service has started?
A) You call Wastecollection.co.uk on 0845 520 6000 and tell us and we will resolve any issues you may face.
