For customers with sites requiring waste and recycling services we are able to provide bespoke services to suit your company’s specific needs. We can provide one or all of the services listed below:
1) Site survey: This involves discussion with the key players at each site both at the front end and at head office to establish the company’s waste needs. We:
- Assess the existing waste and recycling collections to establish if they are too high or too low
- Establish the make up of the waste to improve recycling rates
- Cross reference the site locations against the available service types to get ‘best fit’.

2) Competitive Pricing: We can draw up a clear pricing matrix for all sites either from our own site survey or from information drawn up by the customer. Our prices are clear and straightforward and contain no hidden ‘extras’ such as bin rental, duty of care charges and landfill surcharges.
3) Transfer: We manage the entire process of transferring the sites from existing to new suppliers. This includes serving all relevant notices, liaison with suppliers and bin removal arrangements. Transfer will be as smooth and painless as possible.
4) Customer Care: We manage all customer care functions for all sites. Generally this means that if sites have any requests or issues they contact us directly and we help find a solution. We carry out all liaison with the collection contractors on the customer’s behalf and provide precise feedback.
5) Compliance: We ensure that customers are fully compliant with the current legislation at all times. We advise customers on changing legislation and help with disposal of difficult items.
6) One-off collections. We can assist with the collection and removal of bulky, WEEE and hazardous waste that cannot be placed in the normal waste and recycling containers. Each collection is quoted on an individual basis depending on the items that need removal.
7) Billing. We create bespoke invoices to include customer codes and other information that makes processing easier for your finance section. This format provides companies with a true picture of their waste costs by site and for the company as a whole and allows them to budget accordingly.
