Waste Collection

At Wastecollection.co.uk we help businesses achieve their waste and recycling needs at competitive prices.

We can help with a simple application for a waste collection service for a single site through to management of multi-service and multi-site operations.

For a single site service we offer a complete online quote service. Simply complete the 6 required fields and we can give you an up to date instant quote for your service. Once you have a quote you can apply for the service and all the duty of care and contract paperwork is emailed to you on the same day ready for completion. Once returned to us we can get your service up and running within 7 days. We can also help clear any backlog of waste you may have generated.

If you have more than one site or are looking for more than one service type, you can either carry out a series of online quotes and apply for the ones that appeal or give us a call on 0845 520 6000 to discuss your requirements.

Facts about waste collection.

Pre-treatment – All waste that ends up at landfill now has to be pre-treated prior to disposal. This means it either has to have some recycling activity at source or it needs to go to a location where recycling activities take place prior to final disposal at landfill. At Wastecollection.co.uk we encourage on-site recycling and generally employ waste companies that use transfer stations rather than landfill.

Duty of Care – As the producer of the waste you have a duty of care to ensure that it is disposed of effectively and appropriately. You are required to sign a duty of care note which is a commitment that the container only contains the type of waste on the duty of care note which is in line with the European Waste Code (EWC). These are supplied by us on an annual basis free of charge.
