Q) What does the quoted price include?
A) The price includes:
• supply of waste and recycling containers,
• collection and disposal of waste and recycling on your selected frequency
• provision of annual controlled waste transfer note/duty of care note.
Q ) Are their any hidden extras?
A) No. The only other cost is VAT at 20%.
Q) Does Wastecollection.co.uk provide a duty of care/waste transfer note?
A) The duty of care note/waste transfer note is included in the prices quoted. We do not have any additional charges on top of our quoted prices.
Q) I have heard that some waste contracts are very difficult to terminate. Will I be tied into a long term contract?
A) You will not be tied into a long term contract with wastecollection.co.uk. Our standard terms and conditions have a 1 calendar month notice period. Many other companies tie you in for 12 months.
Q) What are the payment terms?
A) Standard charges are monthly in advance. Payment is by direct debit.
Q) What do I do if I have any problems after the waste collection service has started?
A) You call Wastecollection.co.uk on 0845 520 6000 and tell us and we will resolve any issues you may face.
